The first purchase for any beginner blacksmith! I really enjoyed this book! It is a well written book by an experienced blacksmith. The photographs throughout the book are almost as good as the actual content. I am a beginner blacksmith and this was the first thing I purchased when I decided I wanted to start smithing. I think it was the perfect first purchase, because it thoroughly lays out exactly what tools are needed.

As I stated before, it is beautifully illustrated and the book flows well.
