When you're on the subway home or stuck on a long flight, nothing helps pass the time like watching videos on your iPhone. But what do you do when you don't have an internet connection?
Fortunately, there is a way to download videos directly to your iPhone. If you upload videos to those sites as a form of a backup, then downloading your own personal videos would not violate any copyright laws.
Saving videos from the internet can take up a lot of space on your iPhone. For the sake of this article, Safari will be the primary app you use. And by default, Safari saves downloads to the Files app, either storing them directly on your device or in a Downloads folder in your iCloud Drive.
Pick a folder for the downloaded files, then tap Save. In the OneDrive app, open the folder that has the photos or videos you want to download. Select a photo or video. In the OneDrive app, select the check box of the file or files that you want. For Windows phones, tap and hold the file you want to download, then select the check boxes for any additional files you want.
Select Download. For Windows phones, tap More , then tap Download. You can also tap and hold any of the files you selected in Step 1, then tap Download. To find the files you downloaded, in the Downloads pane that appears when your download starts, select Open downloads folder. For Windows phones, find and open the folder on your device where you want the downloads, and then tap Save.
Note: For the app, if you select multiple files, they will download together as a single zipped folder. Step 2. Step 3. A dialogue box saying "preparing to export" will pop up and your video will be saved to your camera roll after the box disappears.
Tips: It happens that your video cannot be saved to your local space due to incompatibility issues with your iPhone, so don't forget to check the iPhone video formats and use a converter to change the video to an iPhone-friendly format beforehand.
All you need is the link of that file, be it a video, music, or document, and the Google Drive Downloader that comes with the Siri Shortcuts, an app that simplifies complex tasks on your iPhone into a single action.
Copy the link of the Google Drive shared video and activate this Google Drive Downloader shortcut which will automatically prompt you to the next action. Step 4: Select your Google Drive account and locate your video and start downloading!
You can download both by right-clicking on the video or by checking the boxes to the left of the titles and then selecting the top's download button. Using the app is easier and recommended. Step 4: Browse through your Drive to your video's location that you want to download to your iPhone or iPad.
Step 1: Open the Google Drive app on your phone and locate the video you want to download from Google Drive to Android.
Google Files should open into the Browse tab by default.
